• The features and repayment structure
• Any fees or lender costs
• The commissions paid by the lender
There are no hidden surprises, and you choose what feels right for you and what aligns with your longer-term goals.
4. One point of contact from application to settlement, and beyond
Once you’re comfortable, I handle the application, liaise with the lenders and keep you informed every step of the way.
After settlement, I’m still here, inside your circle of trust. As your circumstances change, I’ll review your loan over the years, look at better options and help you continue building equity and financial stability.
